How do I order products ?

Simply send us an email explaining what you are interested in. Someone from our customer service department will contact you. Please remember to leave a telephone number for us to reply to. For a general (non-specific) question, we will reply back to the email address your sent the question from. Where can I find a specific product ?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but NO, we do not accept credit cards for any form of payment.  Since our products are NOT stocked items, but rather custom-built, and custom ordered, we work directly with our customers. Since there is always a specific time frame for construction and shipping, we request a check or money order as payment. This allows us to keep our prices more reasonable without paying additional required fees for debit and credit cards.

Will you build something I don't see ?

If it's in the realm of what we do, and it can be shipped, then we'll custom build your desired nautical product. We've been building custom products, displays, store set-ups and furniture since 1998. There are literately thousands of products that we've custom-built, and not pictured on the web site. Please send us your questions and someone will contact you about your idea. Having done many different types of products, we are very much in tune to assist you with your specific furniture or display questions. We strive to make our customers satisfied, and we are very proud of our repeat customers.

Who does the artwork on your products ?

Although different items call for different hands, we are very proud to have Patti Rae do many of our specialty products. Patti comes from a vast range of painting skills and has painted everything from hills and mountains, animals, houses, wall art, sign painting, landscapes and people. Patti has now limited her hand-painting artwork to mostly nautical themes. We certainly do keep her busy nautically, and we're very proud of her skills. Please see "About The Artist"

What is the time frame to custom-build an order ?

The time frame in which an order is completed truly depends on several factors. One being the size of the order, another would vary on what we presently have being custom-built in the shop prior to your order. Time frames also vary on the extent of the artwork on the different pieces. Our usual time frame on furniture and typical nautical pieces on our web site is 30 days from the time we receive your deposit. At the time of your order, we will tell you the time frame needed. Although in rare occasions there are delays (i.e. hurricanes, tropical storms) we strive to please our customers and stand by what we stated. See "How We Build"

When can I expect to hear back from customer service ?

Depending on when your message was sent, we typically reply within 24 hours. Many times, the same day. If your message was sent on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, chances are, it will be returned on the following Monday. Please know that every product question is important to us, and we try hard to "wow" our customers.

Where can I find a specific product ?

After looking at our products and you don't see what you're looking for, please let us know. We have custom-built many more products then are placed on our web site. We do a great deal of commercial projects such as custom window displays, display cabinets and store set-ups. Send us an email and we'll answer your question.
