The prices listed on our web site includes the artwork that is pictured. More detailed artwork, as-well-as other size requirements are also available and may require additional charges. Due to the fact that several of our products are rather sizeable, and since we offer so many options, it’s difficult to appropriately list all prices for the vast custom-built designs. Once we speak to you and understand exactly what you desire, all total costs will be explained. All prices are listed as US currency.

 You will notice that throughout our web site, we offer options to either contact us or contact the artist. That’s because everything we do is customized to our customer's room décor, desired expression and/or color scheme. We try to be fair in our prices and as accurate as possible with our customers. However, we need to communicate with our customers to get a complete understanding of what they are requesting. For this reason, you do not see a credit card acceptance area for payment on our web site. Since everything we do is custom manufactured, we try to avoid any possible misunderstanding. Know also, that each item is as a snowflake with no two exactly alike, unless built at the same time. A deposit, equal to 50% of product price, is required before an order goes to manufacturing. Once the product is started, the deposit is non-refundable.

We strongly believe in the security of your personal information and with the internet becoming more and more of a target for criminal activity. We prefer speaking to our customers via telephone and once their product and artwork is decided upon, our customers mail us their payment via check. No database of customers nor any customer information is kept on an internet file so there is nothing to gain for a computer hacker. In fact, the computer used for web site doesn't contain any customer database information at all. 

 

                                      Shipping Information    

Depending on the product(s) ordered, and where they are being sent, we use different companies to deliver your order. When the products are to large or heavy for UPS or Fed-X we use a general freight company. Depending on where the item is destined,  sometimes there are transfer fees. We always ensure your item is professionally packed (mostly crated) for the possible long road from us....................to you.

Due to size and weight, many items must be shipped via freight truck. Shipping charges depend on several factors:

1.) Is it a commercial or residential area where the furniture is to be delivered?                                                                         2.) If commercial zoning, is there a loading/unloading dock?                                                                                                           If no dock is available, it may require a lift-gate "service fee" over and above the normal rate of shipping. Lift-gate service may be avoided by "hand-unloading" the products off the back of the freight truck yourself. If delivery is in a residential area, an additional delivery fee will be charged by the freight company. If you have a pick-up truck or van, it may be possible to pick up your delivery at the (local) freight company's dock closest to you, and save the added charges.

 Please note that shipping charges are set by the freight company, and not us. We will charge a basic and reasonable flat material fee for crating the items for shipment. It is extremely important that these items are shipped in a protective environment. There is no labor charge for crating the items, just a basic cost for the wood, protective foam and cardboard and typical materials used in the packing process.

All of the items that we offer are custom-built at the time of your order. Items therefore require a 50% deposit , and that payment is NON-REFUNDABLE, once construction starts. Shipping fees and the balance can be paid after the product(s) are built and ready to be sent. At the time of ordering, we will give you an approximate time of completion. All work is done in-house and never gets subcontracted. If you are interested in a product, we'll estimate the weight and size and obtain the shipping information for you.

Please know that we take extra precautions in preparing your order for shipping. However, after it leaves our company, other factors beyond our control may occur. In saying that:

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT ALL DELIVERED ITEMS ARE UNPACKED AND INSPECTED FOR ANY "POSSIBLE" DAMAGE BEFORE THE DELIVERY DRIVER LEAVES. THIS WAY, DAMAGES ARE NOTED BY BOTH YOU AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER TO AVOID AN “AFTER THE DELIVERY FACT” PROBLEM. THIS WILL ENSURE PROPER RESPONSIBILITY IF DAMAGE IS DISCOVERED. 

In rare cases, accidents causing damage may result during shipment. If that indeed happens the furniture will be sent back to us, repaired or replaced, then sent back to you at NO ADDITIONAL cost if the damage was discovered and made known at the time of delivery. If the shipping company is found responsible, they will indeed do what is proper and reasonable. However, if it is questioned that the damage could have been done after their delivery, they could (justifiably) claim it wasn’t their fault. In that case, the customer would occur all added costs.
